Our technology is based on a “flash” extraction at low temperature, much more efficient than conventional processes, also allowing to preserve certain fragile molecules present in the plant.
RECOVERING DISTILLATION WASTE
The distillation activity generates significant quantities of waste (or spent grain) which we now fully recover.
The extraction which follows the distillation then reveals, thanks to our technology, unsuspected aromatic profiles, richer, compared to those conveniently used by industry.
COMBINE EXTRACTS AND ADJUST AROMATIC PROFILES
By combining “fine tuning” of parameters and a triple extraction process, we adjust what nature offers us to the needs of each of our customers.
RESPECT THE PRINCIPLES OF GREEN CHEMISTRY AND THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY
Our technology uses exclusively ecological solvents, and in particular replaces hexane, a petroleum derivative that the industry still uses too heavily.
The technology used is more virtuous in terms of energy: our extraction times and their temperatures have been significantly reduced in our innovative manufacturing process.
By respecting short circuits and waste recovery, we are fully in line with the principles of the circular economy.
